After more than 38 years of devoted service to our patients and community, Dr. Sasser will be retiring in late September! It’s bittersweet to share that Miranda Worley will be leaving Dayspring Family Medicine on November 5, 2025, as she steps forward to reach new goals.

For the past 12 years, Miranda has been such a blessing to our patients, our team, and our community. Her kindness, compassion, and dedication have touched so many lives, and she will be truly missed by all of us here at Dayspring.

Patients currently under Miranda’s care will be reassigned to another provider in our office to ensure your care continues smoothly. If you have a preferred provider, please let our staff know — while we can’t guarantee availability, we’ll do our best to honor your request.

Behind the scenes, Kim plays a vital role in ensuring claims are filed accurately, records are coded correctly, and the billing process runs smoothly for both our patients and providers. Her attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and dedication keep everything on track and allow us to deliver excellent care for our patients. We’re so thankful for her hard work and commitment to excellence! Outside of work, Kim enjoys spending time with her family, being active in her church, and taking health/fitness classes.
